Hi, my name is Norman
Da Costa Gomez born in Curacao N.A.

For those who don't know yet, Curacao is a pearl in the
Caribbean
located 12.8 N and 69.0 W. North of the coast of Venezuela.
After my primary school (Canisius College) I'd visited
the secondary school (St. Jozef MAVO) which I finished in 1975. Then I
went to the AHTS where I studied Electrical Engineering and finished successfully
in 1980.
I began my career at the Dept. of Civil Aviation
as Electronics Engineer specialized in surveillance radar .
I went for a special training / course on the ASR 90 at the Federal
Aviation Administration in Oklahoma City .
The ASR 90 is a 90 miles Airport Surveillance Radar which
was used, in conjunction with other navigation aids like V.O.R., D.M.E.,
I.L.S. , for a safe approach to the Curinta Airport.
In 1991 I went to work at the St. Elisabeth Hospital as
Medical Electronics Engineer, specialized in Dialysis machines with ultrafiltration.
I went to Baxter
in Tampa FL. for a specialized technical training on Baxter's dialysis
machines SPS 450 and SPS 550. Baxter is the world's largest manufacturer and
marketeer of products used in hospital and other health-care settings.
Since July 1999 I'm working at UTS / Antelecom in the position of
Manager Facilities Services.
